Service Agreement

If you are, or become a client of Creativaholic Studio, the services we provide to you are governed under a Service Agreement found in your Account Portal under the Service Agreement section.

Additional policies

Your use of our websites and services are also subject to the additional policies listed below, without limitation to our suppliers' terms and conditions and/or any of their other policies. If there is any conflict between our policies (including the Service Agreement) and the additional policies, then the additional policies take precedence in relation to the related service.

With any applicable policies, we do not seek to limit any rights to the extent prohibited by law. Your use of our websites and services, including access to the Account Portal and the Admin Console, purchases, registrations, submissions, communications and the materials displayed in them are governed by all policies referenced in this page, which are set to protect your and our rights when using our websites and services.

Please note that we review and update our policies from time to time as needed and as required by law: (a) If you are our client with an approved and current "Service Agreement", we will notify you of any changes in our policies to make sure that you are aware of any updates that may affect you. However, policies applied by our suppliers may be subject to change without notice to you nor to us, but we will make every effort to inform you of any change we are made aware of. In addition to that, we recommend that you review our suppliers policies periodically. (b) If you are not our client and you are a frequent visitor and/or user of our public websites, you should visit our policies pages periodically to review the then-current policies.
